Natwest Mortgage full Application

I am a FTB with 30% deposit. I have an appointment to do a full application with Natwest on Saturday. I have been told to bring my last three months payslip. I previously had a AIP from Halifax but decided to go with Natwest both of which I have banked with. Has anyone taken out a full mortgage application with Natwest recently? Any idea how long they normally take to do the valuation and then approve it? Cost of doing a Home Buyers Survey at the same time as the valuation?

Halifax:
- Most lenient
- Quick
Natwest
- No positive or negative comments on the forum
- May be a bit slower then the competition i.e. Halifax, Woolwich etc.0
