hi i have just had 20 pounds debited from my account, (Yorkshire building society savings account) but the trouble is i don,t know who or what for all that the bank can give me is what it says on the statement witch is : LP1 COLLECTI-00 , now have tried googling it but comes up with lp records ,so hoping some body can shed some light as who took the 20 pounds as nothing seams to work , bank don,t know or don,t want to ,please help ! nick

the bank will be able to trace the origin of the debit..push them for it!! and do not take NO for an answer0 -
I think your account has been debited by Lowell Portfolio 1 part of the lowell group0
