hi i have just had 20 pounds debited from my account, (Yorkshire building society savings acount) but the trouble is i don,t know who or what for all that the bank can give me is what it says on the statement wich is : LP1 COLLECTI-00 , now have tryed googling it but comes up with lp records ,so hoping some body can shed some light as who took the 20 pounds as nithing seams to work , bank don,t know or don,t want to ,please help ! nick
