Just find out If you are
First time buyer
Have Nationwide Flexi account as a main account
Have Deposit of at least 30%
You could get the best deal with Nationwide 5year flexible Mortgage tracker of 2.69+0.5%
http://www.nationwide.co.uk/mortgages/interestrates-types/rates.htm?buyerType=ftb
In addition no fee product, e.g.
- Free basic survey valuation fee
- Free legal Fee
- No fee (only booking fee of £99
Note: there is not any £1000 cash back for this product.
I have been searching for quite a while, I could not find any product that could match this offer. But just curious if there is a better deal than this ?

Depends if you want or have a flex account.
HSBC have 2.79% + BOE base rate, for the life of the mortgage, based on first time buyer with LTV of 70%. Fee free. No tie in or ERC, overpayments allowed too.

'Fee Free' but too much extra cost for the buyer to incur and delays due to Countrywide. I think the Halifax deal is a bit better. May be First Direct deal could compete with this one or there is also one from Bank of China (too hard to get
