Natwest mortgage repayment

Just on a different note, we had a mortgage offer in principal in branch agreed 3 weeks ago (we had to show proof of id, paylsips, credit history etc.) but now I have noticed that that particular mortgage is no longer available on Natwest website.
The letter in principal from Natwest states it will hold this offer for 3 months - need I be worrying at all? Can't get hold of the advisor so in a bit of a panic!0
