Thanks op. I ordered 3 x 3-6mnth pram suits yesterday and they have now been dispatched. Now to see what my pending summer arrival will be, blue or pink.

Any one had any problems with their orders?

I ordered some girls trousers, paid by paypal and had the dispatch email on the 3rd. Total cost £12 for the trousers and £1.95 for the delivery to store.
Today was the first chance I had to get to the store and they couldn't find the order so they phoned up to chase it, despite receiving the dispatch email it turns out they never sent my items as they were out on stock.

Was told Ill get a refund within 14 days but was quite pleased to receive an email 20 mins later from paypal saying I'd had a refund from boots, until I opened it and saw that they have only refunded the items and not the delivery charge.

May I suggest you calling customer care and telling them that you were never notified of the items being out of stock and travelled all your way into store to collect only to be told they had never been sent! They should at least give you a few Advantage points as a good will gesture along with your money back for postage!

I have had major problems ordering through Boots.com, my last 2 orders were a disaster but I was told that it was because they have this new computer system!
