I can confirm it is direct from the email Threadless sent, I got it too. Not ordered anything from this sale but will be doing so soon - got a couple of tshirts from there last year, shipping took about a week, quality perfectly acceptable, price is excellent at ten dollars + shipping (think it was around 11 dollars for 2 to be posted to the UK).

just a side issue im trying to find a tshirt company (based in the us) it has similar designs to threadless.. can anyone suggest what it may have been?

Not too sure - threadless have so many different designs.

The way they work is people submit designs, then all members of the site can vote it out of 5 and whether they would buy it, then all the highest ranking designs get made into t shirts and sold on the site.

The winning designers also get monetary reward if one of their designs gets printed.
