Getting Late Payment Strikes Removed From Credit File?

Basicly, i have 2 late payment strikes on my credit file.

One if from littlewoods, the payment was about a week late, i have no paid the whole outstanding balance and have a zero balance

the next is a orange contract i forgot i had, a month overdue according to equifax. i have now paid this up in full.

How do i go about getting these removed from my credit rating, as i said both balances are zero and i had never missed a payment until now.

I also have a couple of inactive bank accounts that i havent used in a few years, should i shut these accounts?

the rest of my credit file is clean

thanks!
