Hi,
I am looking for help & advice.
me & my husband currently live in a house (3bed detatched) curently valved at aprx £180k mortgage outstanding is £97k, we are currently coming up to the end of our 2 year term, we would like to borrow an extra £40k .
we have previously used a fiancial advisor who messed us around, but after looking around this is a minefield.
I would be very grateful for any help or advice.

Any debts and amounts?
Best is to see a mortgage broker who has access to the whole market.0 -
