AIP and Full application differences?

I have had an AIP with Santander and now submitted the full application with payslips. They did not ask for bank statements and only asked for one month payslip.

I was just wondering how likely is this to go through. Are most of the checks done already with the AIP with Santader? What else will they check at full application stage.

I am aware that offer will be subject to valuation

Hi, our mortgage was organised fantastically with Santander.... got AIP then did full application - no worries!
Offer in writing took about 2 weeks... shame the bloody house still isn't ours!
They were super speedy with survey and now we need to amend the survey/increase mortgage - no questions asked they have been fab!

Really cant see a problem if you got AIP as its a hard footprint check... we gave 3 mths payslips, however i think thats because we wanted to.

    Good luck
