Lloyds TSB New mortgage application after IVA

Early last year I completed a IVA. The IVA has now been removed from the Credit Agencies. I now have clean credit files at all three credit agencies, no late markers, defaults or IVA.
I am thinking about applying for a mortgage with Lloyds TSB as a first time buyer.
However I did have a loan and credit card with Halifax, who subsequently sold the debts onto Max Recovery early during the IVA before Lloyds TSB took over.
I'm wondering if there is going to be a record of these accounts at Lloyds TSB now Halifax is part of Lloyds Banking Group and will this stop me getting a mortgage with Lloyds TSB / Cheltenham & Gloucester.
Halifax at the time was a separate bank but now they have joined forces I'm not sure I'm going to be successful now. I have a clean record with Lloyds TSB however.
Has anyone been in this situation, and can anyone advise how they got on. Also I know they ask the dreaded question in some way about "entering an arrangement with creditors" on mortgage application forms. Do Lloyds TSB / Cheltenham and Gloucester qualify it over a certain period like this form suggests with BTL mortgages...

e.g. the above form asks the question "In the last 12 months have you had any CCJs or IVA's, declared bankruptcy or missed any repayments?" which I can safely say No to :-)
Obviously I have to answer that question truthfully if they qualify it with the word "ever" but again I have a fear that either one of two things will happen then.
A) They decline the application automatically.
They hike the interest rate up.
I cannot find a paper version of the mortgage application on Lloyds TSB website only the electronic application which I don't want to fill out just yet if I'm not going to be accepted or even considered based on the previously completed IVA.
What I wanted to know is do Lloyds/Cheltenham and Gloucester use the word "ever" as opposed to the above when applying and will they have a record of my old Halifax accounts that were sold on about 6 years ago to Max Recovery and will this affect my application in a negative way.
Thoughts... options...

Hi - C & G no longer use intermediaries (mortgage brokers) and therefore we are not 100% sure what they will or will not ask.
I can say as fact that the majority of information held on clients is not shared between Lloyds and HBOS yet, although bigger commitments like mortgages etc. are restricted within the group now..
I would get a broker that can protect you from these uncertainities and go with the most suitable option they can control.
There is nothing world beating about the C&G rate proposition at the moment...I am a Mortgage Broker
