Not free but cheap, 2 packs of always or alldays (got mine on offer at Boots 2 for £2) for free day pass to lots of gyms. I have used this in two gyms. The people there knew nothing about it, but were very helpful and had no problem using it

We have also just had a free day pass at Total Fitness after saying we were looking for a gym and we have one booked next week at Virgin active

Try a free 1 day trial at Virgin Active. They have just bought Holmes Place so they have loads of clubs, about 72 across the country.

If you sign up online for the esporta day pass, a tip is to ignore the return call, they will call twice. Then you get a text offering a month for the first 25
