I wondered if any experts on here know about ZMA - ive been told the ones on ebay are not the patented formula but i dont see how you can patent a ratio combination of zinc aspartate and magnesium aspartate and vitamin b6 - is it just marketing puff from myprotein.co.uk or do they have a valid point - they sell ZMA for around £14 for 90 whereas on ebay they can be had for as low as £5 for 90.

The above are just some research papers on ZMA supplementation. As it's not an area I'm interested in it's not anything I know anything about.

Wiki on Aspartate worries me that Wiki says it might serve as an excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain and is an excitotoxin. It's one of the reasons people like Dr Blaylock get worked up about aspartame see for a run down See also Mercola on Aspartame but as I have said earlier this isn't a topic I've researched so the above is just for information. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

ZMA is a trademark so I doubt the companies on eBay are using the "legit" material as they couldn't sell at that price I doubt as MP are very good value.
Have you seen these Zinc & Magnesium which are myprotein's version (using the same ingredients, just not the trademarked name!). I would trust MP over ebay any day of the week!
