would seem to suggest 2 litres (which would make it equivalent to roughly £1.01 for 4 pints).

I find the same with Lidl, few weeks ago I was almost of Milk so went to buy some more and the dates were up before the Milk I had purchased a week before in the same store. Not sure how they managed that, other than poor stock rotation on the depot as I can't see them having a big store room.

OH obviously does, I drink Lactofree filtered semi-skimmed myself.

Was in Poundland today and there was cheap fresh milk.

we buy both the creamfield milk from tesco and the one fron aldi, we also have a farm shop in the next village. they sell milk for 99p (4 pints) we have started buying this. the scruffier the farm shop looks the cheaper they are likely to be,

I bought a cow for £60 .works out a lot cheaper..fresh milk on tap/grass cut/and go0d compost..and fresh meat when it finally reaches its sell by date..only problem is when I take my wife shopping I sometimes take the cow by mistake..only when it moos I realise its not the wife.
