Good evening everyone.
I need some help and advise from people a little bit brighter than me lol
It's in regards to SSP n OSP
Right..
February I was off all month.. Received SSP and OSP fair enough happy
March I was off all month.. received SSP and OSP..
Now here's where I get confused..
April 2nd I return to work (the first working day back after end of march) I've worked the full month no illness or days off.. However I've only been paid 419£ which is £200 less than my 2 previous months off sick.
If checked my wage slips and for march and April it states the same SSP payment even though I weren't off at all in April. Both wage slips have an OSP CONTRA PAYMENT of MInus 1415£. What this is for I dont no.
So basically have they made a mistake or does this seem right?
Any advice much appreciated thanks

They may have made a mistake: what's your entitlement to OSP? Maybe they paid you that for too long. I suggest you ask them tomorrow ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
