Student Loan Requirements
We are a UK family but have only been back in UK for 2 years after 8 year stint in US. We are applying for a student loan for our daughter but find that we need to have been in the UK for 3 years to be eligible. Does anyone know of any exceptions to this requirement?

3 years residency before the first day of the first academic year of the course. This is usually the 1st September, but can vary if the course starts later.
If you do not meet this criteria, you'll be ineligible for the full duration of the course.0
