I have this situation too, still created from Monday night. I don't think it's likely to be honest - usually the orders are at least cancelled before they're due to be collected.
Mine also states created where as wallpaper I ordered yesterday is partially confirmed! Going to be very annoyed if I 'go to get it' at 4pm and it's not there! Feeling an unhappy email..:cool:0 -

Mine still created too! but when Ive checked I never received a confirmation email re this order just one i placed for the sleeping bag the day before...Not looking good for me then if it didnt generate a conf email boo hooThe art of being happy is to be satisfied with what you have0 -
Plates cancelled again!I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

my quad trike is been dispatched and pick up today my plates have been cancelled twice0

I have just called customer services before i made the trip this afternoon, she told me that 'created' means that the order has been put on back order which she said in her opinion means that it will sit there and not be actioned at all, her advice to me was that i had not yet been charged for the quad (which i will check) and to cancel the order and wait for further stock alerts, she said the reason is that they may have had only a couple of quads in stock then they have been saturated with orders when stock alerts have gone out meaning they do not have enough stock to fullfill orders (so instead of putting those on a waiting list and informing the customer they just permanently suspend the order) - the reason for this is that Tesco Direct is not a 'live' system so it does not run on stock availability - rediculous for a company of this size.
- interestingly 10minutes after posting i have just recieved a 'we are unable to fulfill your order' email and notifying me that they will refund me (great since the girl i spoke to said funds hadnt been taken)!!
She did however say it is not to be discontinued and they are awaiting further stock deliveries at that price.0 -

I've never received an email confirming dispatch, yet items shown as dispatched have always been available for collection (after 4pm day following placement of order).
No 'order available to collect' emails when the stuff is at the store, but I'm now recieving 'order available to collect' emails for stuff that I collected 2 - 3 weeks ago........0 -
Cancelled here as well. Not happy at all, they need to change there system, this is just stupid now. So many orders being cancelled. I don't really care if it's something for me but when it's something for LOs birthday it does bother me a lotMummy to Lewis Born Aug 100
