Loads of things being cancelled at the moment, not misprices either. Hit and miss when you order, some of mine were cancelled yet others who ordered hours later received their items! Wonder if the method of payment is the reason with regards to order processing time.
If you really want something it might be worth going to an express or your nearest Tesco and getting a gift card for the amount as I find that more orders are honoured when I've paid using a gift card. This might be becuause it is not so easy for them to refund especially if you have no credit card on your account.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I have paid by moneycard.... one I was sent by CS, and I am finding it more hassle to get my refund...... After ordering 2 toys £3 and £4 on the same order, and after having it cancelled with an email saying I will be refunded, I left it 10 days with no sign of any refund. After phoning CS I have now been told that they can't put money back on the moneycard..... and so far after numerous phone calls I have received another moneycard for £3, but still no sign of the £4 one! I think it has now been about a month!!!! :mad:
Even when they do, I shall then have 3 moneycards in my purse!!!
Maybe I should complain....0 -
Ive had a couple of orders cancelled lately one of the items I went on to order a couple of days later and it arrived okay!! I don't think they are very good and knowing what stock they have!!0

I think its their new system/website having teething problems. I've had one order cancelled and another the wrong item turned up. I've been sent a replacement but was told that will probably be wrong and basically tough s***. I think I will avoid them in the future.0 -
I hope everyone is checking that they have been refunded for cancelled items! I've read about 2 people who have NOT had their refunds and I personally have had 4 items cancelled and no refunds without protracted correspondence with Tesco.0

thanks for the reminder - I ordered 2 shower curtains that were cancelled and only one has been refunded ...0
