Can anyone here advise me of what to do. Bought this quick bed for £4.88 yesterday for Monday 9 collection but have not had the conformation e-mail yet. Looked at my account and it shows as partially completed, not despatched yet. it is unluckily it will be ready for collection tomorrow as expected? Shall I wait for conformation e-mail?

Keep checking your order details on the site , if it hasn't been dispatched yet then doubt very much it will be there waiting for you later today , so not sure if it is worth trying .... Personally I would wait till a day or two after it says dispatched even , to when it changes to ''awaiting collection''?

Then you KNOW its instore waiting for you! ;);)

And psstoverere , maybe the site was down , as it sometimes won't let you collect from ANY store when the item is not available or the site is playing up , try again & them ring them and see

I would also like to know what "partially collected" means.....that's the status showing on the orders I have picked up!

Going to pick up my "dummy order" today

    Eighth Anniversary Combo Breaker
I just noticed that despite the picture, the super bargain dinner service doesn't come with the cups - humm, that's a bit disappointing, I didn't think to work it out, four items in a place setting and four place settings in a service doesn't make 12 it makes 16.

They have the 16 piece for £34.00 or I can add the cups for £8.00 - let me think, cancel the £3.80 set and pay £34.00 or add £8.00 to £3.80....or don't buy them at all. I might buy them actually, get paid on the 20th, I'll see if we get the service first.

If they supply it I would complain first but not via their own service through something like Twitter or FB where it is public and the public can see what if anything they do about it.

Seems to have worked with me and Voda when I was being sent round in ever decreasinig pointless circles by normal CS.

My coffee pot now partially confirmed no plates movement yet.
