Yep cancelled my plates and not even an offer of compensation.

If they messed up (as their email says) why no offer of compensation for their mistake and any inconvenience? Even the useless Pixmania offered a money off voucher. Very poor customer relations.
I suspect this one is missing a 0 and should have been £38.00
I have had lots of orders cancelled and, of them, 6 separate orders have not been refunded without a long series of battles including countless emails, phone calls and cardsafe checks which can only be done up to 6 pm.
I have found a high percentage of their Customer Service staff to be skeptical but once convinced of my plight some seem genuinely sympathetic. They have a massive problem with their new website. The attitude of some of their staff
seems to be that without all the mess they have created they wouldn't have jobs, which to me doesn't seem a customer-facing attitude.
All that said, I hope your other order doesn't get cancelled. The fact I keep placing orders speaks for itself; not all orders get cancelled. There have been some real bargains and I have done ok from that point of view. Whether it's worth all the stress, I'm really not sure that it is to be perfectly honest.
I have seen more and more people posting about not getting refunds and it's quite clear they are not isolated incidents, about 50% in my case.0 -
My dinner set has been also cancelled but I paid by my gift card. How can I get my money back? I am still awaiting conformation about tesco quick bed for £4.88
I ordered a quick bed yesterday morning, it was cancelled yesterday afternoon.
Still showing as in stock and available (a few minutes ago) at that price. Have since decided that I don't really really need one so I'm not going to bother trying again.
If the status is 'partially confirmed' you should be OK, if it's gone to 'created created' it's game over.
Good luck though, really do hope you get one!0 -
All the towels are ''dirt cheap''!

Have you ordered at the same £4.88 price? I am wondering what was full price? They have identical double bed for £39.99 so I guess for a single bed it was probably £19.99??0 -

Yes, I ordered at £4.88. I'm not into camping, but thought it would be handy as my children are just reaching 'sleepover age'. On balance I think I'll go for an airbed or futon style thingie - I'm not sure how you'd wash the built in sleeping bag. Maybe it unzips, it doesn't say on the description. No sleepovers planned as yet, so no urgent need to buy now but was just tempted by the (mis)price!0 -
Everyone has probably seen these already but it is just £2.80 for a double waterproof mattress in case anyone needs one ; http://www.tesco.com/direct/tesco-waterproof-mattress-protector-double/212-7997.prd?skuId=212-7997&pageLevel=
The bedroom accessories are lovely if anyone is looking for candles & frames etc ; http://www.tesco.com/direct/home-furniture/decorative-accessories/cat3373879.cat?View=grid&Items=60&catId=4294961085
I think this polyester checked BBQ apron is good value for £1.48 ; http://www.tesco.com/direct/tesco-bbq-apron-black/205-9515.prd?skuId=205-9515&pageLevel=
Not a bad price for clothes airer if you need one @ £3.75 ; http://www.tesco.com/direct/metaltex-concertina-airer/209-3893.prd?skuId=209-3893&pageLevel=

I had to chas and chase for my refunds. They couldn't seem to work out what I had ordered, what they had sent and therefore how much I was due to be refunded. Wouldn't be half as bad if the bloody number wasn't premium rate
