Evening all - well I'm sat on my 'arris in the garden with a cuppa thinking how gorgeous this weather is, the wisteria next to me is starting to bloom and smells lovely and the birds are flapping overhead coming in to roost.

Had a bash at home made pasta again tonight, not bad for a first attempt that actually made it into the pot. Prob needed a bit more flour in the dough, and the noodles were a little fat, but I'm having portion 2 for dinner tomorrow so can't be too bad :D

Not a NSD for me, bought a new sports top and some shorts (top planned, shorts not, but they were only £6.99 and fitted really nicely). also had to pick up bread and eggs, oh and got my eyebrows done as well. Prob not a NSD tomorrow either as i need to pick up a few house bits in town like rubber gloves etc which we seem to be in need of - wild eh?!

Hope you're all enjoying the sun (and don't forget the SPF!) x

Red, had my pasta dough come together I had the clingfilm ready to wrap it for 20mins... unfortunately it didn't get that far :( on the upside, my apple and blackberry traybake is nom-licious :D

Whenever recipes for pasta or anything that involves eggs, it would normally be large eggs that are required. Not sure if that's what happened to yours, but as it didn't come together, it would suggest not enough egg.
If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

    Good evening folks:j,

A glorious day in NI today and I had the day off after last nights wine tasting and resulting hangover:o.

No NSD for me as I had to buy liquid gold, but am hoping for an NSD tomorrow and maybe 1 over the weekend.

I hope everyone is well, as I haven't yet got fully caught up on the posts.:)

Beautiful here too :j but heard on the travel news there was thunderstorms / torrential rain (flooding on the motorway) between Glasgow & Edinburgh.

Then spoke to DM who's friend had been to a village 9 miles from me ..... and it'd done the same there too!
