  • Hi Everyone

    #### VERY LONG POST######

    I am declaring 3NSDs equals 7/10NSDs.
These were Sunday, Tuesday and today, 13, 15 and 16 May.

I had Monday off work and had a very productive money saving day. First, I went to the dentist for a check, expected to pay £50 but as I needed no treatment I was charged £17.50. Secondly, I took my library books back and expected to pay a £5.50 fine, the , this library uses self service machines and they were saying nothing was owed I asked one of the library staff and they looked at their records and agreed nothing was owed. Thirdly, I shut a bank account that was paying a low interest and received £182.39 this is paying for my York weekend next week. Fourthly, I transferred £732.94 from my emergency fund to pay of my Halifax credit card and finally from my current account I transferred £207 which has paid off this card before 0% interest period finishes.:j
Today I came home from work and found 28p in the pocket of the coat I had on on Monday and I went to put it in my Pink Pot (a plastic pot where I keep change) to find I had put a £10 note there. :)

I've had a very lucky week so far. I will change my signature next week when I'm sure everything has cleared.

Tomorrow and Friday I've other things to worry about. I am having a colonscopy on Friday once the hospital have results of this then they will put me forward for my Gall bladder op.

    DFF
    RBS £2,043.50 @0% until April 2014
    Virgin £2,522.78 @ 0% until November 2015
    Total Debt £4,566.28
    SPC 7 315. Emergency Fund 300/1000.

I am having a rubbish month and really annoyed with myself. I'm not spending loads, just finding something I need to buy every day even if it's only a loaf of bread or milk. I need to plan ahead more.

I did hav and NSD on Sunday and Monday, so that is NSD 2 and 3, although my target of 12 by the end of the month is looking unlikely, and 3 in a row even less so :(.

    Must do better next month.

    NSD #9 yesterday.

Not expecting another one for a few days though.

Out with friends for a curry tonight, then have a busy weekend with the kids planned.
Debt free since December 2015. It can be done
