The Sun free hairdryer offer

I went to my local tesco on Tuesday also to be told they had been withdrawn as they were faulty, and if I want any further information contact customer services at the sun. I contacted customer services on Wednesday and was told Tesco had pulled out of the promotion. Which one do you believe.

They said to send vouchers to them and they would send one out, someone posted the address above.

It also says that those who have already applied by post will be sent an alternative.

anyone had these sent out to them after the recall? i never got it but sure i read that all new ones will be posted to people by the end of june.

No not had mine yet! I returned mine and my mum sent her tokens off but neither of us have received one yet.

thanks, i sent tokens off to, off on hols in 2 weeks was hoping it would turn up.

hmmm i read that it was end of July...

just had a letter from the sun which contained 2 powder eye shadows which they say are worth £5 each. the letter said they can not send the hair dryer for at least 4 months and if i still wanted to wait for it then i have to send the eye shadows back.

I'm just going to keep the eye shadows as i'm off on holiday wednesday so will be no good for me. Hopefully everyone else will get theirs soon to.

I recieved 2 eyeshadows, money off vouchers and free paper for a week.
I have to say that the eyeshadows look really cheap and nasty (I know its a freebie) but its a poor alternative to be honest, if they had sent tesco gift cards or something useful then that would have been alot better IMO - so sending my alternatives back, thanks sun but no thanks!!

I received the same this morning also.

NOTE: You ONLY have to return the Eye Shadows and the 7 vouchers for the FREE newspapers

You DON'T have to return the 10 weeks worth of 10p off coupons.

(If you don't want these you could always send them to me :D)
