Being charged for a debt I don't recognise 3 years later

Hi,
About 3 years ago I signed a contract with a letting agency for the property I currently live in. They are now saying that I haven't paid the total owned at the moment of signing the contract ( deposit + fees) and own them 100 Pounds. They never contacted me about this before and as far as I remember I paid the total before they handed the keys to me. Where do I stand legally on this. Do I need receipts to prove I paid even after such a long time? Any help welcome.

Ask them for proof that you haven't paid the correct fees and deny anything is owed if you are sure you paid , surely they wouldn't hand keys over if they haven't been paid ? Dig out any receipts you have.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
