Anyone any idea?
Thanks for your reply!
I've just the following response from highstreetvouchers (those that sell love2shop vouchers) and based on this i'm thinking shops shouldn't sell giftcards for vouchers, so like you say I think it's pot luck on who you get on the til.

I'm looking for the same information because whilst it is really 'nice' of my employer to pay part of my remuneration as vouchers, the vouchers prevent me from accessing the best deals on things I want to purchase because they can't be used online. Being able to buy Amazon vouchers with them would at least open a slightly better deal for me..
Example.. I have £50 of vouchers as my 'long service bonus'
I want to buy Philips QS6140 Electric Shaver and Beard Trimmer
£79.99 at argos
£59.99 at boots (online only though so can't use the vouchers)
£59.95 on amazon
so.. of course it makes sense to try and get the best deal possible by converting my love2shop vouchers into amazon gift credit..
If you all receive these vouchers for your bonus, would anyone else at work buy them from you at face value so you have the cash.
Again, if this is usual for your employer to give vouchers, could you ask if, in future, they would consider Amazon vouchers - know it doesn't help at present but always worth asking.
You could list these on e-bay where they seem to sell at about 10% off the face value but, of course, there are also costs to come off as well.
