Royal Mail Card

Hi,
I got home today to find a sorry we missed you card from Royal Mail and on it says it's a catalogue that is too big for the letterbox, however I am not expecting a catalogue so could it be a win perhaps?
But even more strange on the back it doesn't say to collect it or that it has been left with a neighbour, the post person has wrote "MCN 30 April 2012" on the top.... What does that mean?!
