Leaving whilst under notice

I work for a company for 10 months and I was given 3 months notice due to the fact my colleague and I have both taken acceptiion to the recently employed commercial director shouting , swearing and threatening to sack us, make us walk home etc.
I Have been offered another job and they want me to start ASAP. I was given notice early march to leave on the 1st of June and have completed the 4 weeks notice period in my contract.
Can I tell them I want to leave immediately or do I now need to give them 4 weeks notice?
I really don't want to stay in the very unpleasant environment and I have been set a number of ridiculous deadlines for next week and was told I would be walking home with no pay if I failed to meet them.

The first part of your post makes no sense (is english your first language?) but I get the jist.
A few things you need to be aware of
1)You can tell them you want re your notice, however if you do not fulfill your contractual notice, they can sue you for associated costs. (This might be the cost of advertising at short notice, temp cover eg a temp employee). It has to be reasonable and directly associated to you not fulfuilling your contractual or statuary obligations and walking out.
Most people state this won't happen as it costs money and employers shy away. However we have had examples on this board of this happening to people who held cleaning positions.
2) Well done on getting a new job
3) Your boss can't tell you "you will not get paid" for hours done(unless you are Self employed in which case this is a bag of worms!) and if they don't pay you for hours worked you can sue them or take it to Employment Tribunal.

They are the types to cut their nose off to spite their face. They made a whole office redundant on Friday so they may want my knowledge of their contracts and make me stay.
I just thought that based on the threats they may well be option to resign with immediate effect.
They got a manager in and swore at him called him every name under the son and he walked and they stopped his wages. They thought he was gone but got a solicitor to write a letter with the words tribunal and they swiftly reenployeed him and paid him up to date. I know they will try it on and see if I go legal.0 -

They don't sound like a good bunch based on your account (and there is always 2 versions of a story! - no offense).
If there has been a redundancy situation, it does sound like they will keep you to the end of the notice.
However, any threats they make about not paying wages are stupid and the law is on your side. Any solicitor will take this up as there is no place to hide (though get a 30 min free session in the first instance as its easy and cheaper to do it yourself).
Can you not speak to your new employer and explain the situation? If the new employer is reasonable and better than you current employer, there is mileage here to explore before you walk out.

This is probably the kind of employer where you need to get them to threaten you with dismissal and then defy them to such an extent that they do dismiss youHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
