HI Im looking for some advice on my pension.
We've been TUPE'd across from one company to another during the first company I built up around 5 years of pensionable service, not that we've been TUPE'd I can either move my pension into the new company or leave it in the current one as a deferred pension where it will go up at the rate of inflation.
Given that I'm not likely to get a rise more than inflation in my new company I think I should defer it but I'm not entirely sure.
I expect to be TUPE'd again in about 3 years time it that helps people advise.
Thanks again for your advice.

just in terms of not having all eggs in same basket I'd maybe leave it where it is and start afresh with new employer. But to make an informed opinion one might want to know the scheme type (final salary or defined contribution), who the employer is, who runs the pension scheme, your fund value, your age, etc etc. Given the turnover in companies and general mistrust and bad press the finance industry gets, I'd be looking for the safest haven for your pension. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
