Hi all,
I got a letter today from the finance company after the insurance company payed the finance company , The shortfall was £3510.34 , but the settlement figure was £418.20p.

What I'm confused about is "If you pay the settlement fee within 10 days , you get a rebate of charges" , which I payed on Thursday and money got taken out of my account on Friday.

What charges to I get refunded to me , isit the installments I paid for 2 months help ?

Its already included in the figure given.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
