Nationwide

Hello. Was just wondering if anyone else was stuck in the big backlog of nationwide mortgage apps? We were due to sign our missives next Friday currently no chance of that happening :(

They received it on wed but are 5 days behind and IFA said they could still request more documentation. Sent them passports, drivers license, mortgage statement, utility bill, 3 months bank statements, 3 months payslips and marriage certificate god only knows what else they could ask for.

Then not NW's fault. 5 days is hardly a backlog in my mind. All depends on each individual application as to to the speed it ultimately gets processed.
  • My full application was sent away three weeks ago!! Still waiting for an answer
