Hi All,
Well my toaster has just given up the ghost, we have had it for years so done us well really. Anyway I will need to get a new one pretty fast, does anyone know of any good deals on Toasters at the moment, maybe one that has a matching kettle? Would be looking for something mid-price and a good brand name.
Thanks if anyone can help!
Hannah

have a look in woolworths not sure if offers are online. They had some steel and cream sets of toasters with matching kettle in there today. I am trying to remember the price i know it was marked down abit. either £29.99 or £19.99 and it was a good brand i think . So were quite a few other electrical goods actaully.0

I've got this one from Kays.
It's Swan, for £40. It replaced £80 worth of Breville and Morphy Richards just over a month ago, and so far so good.
The toaster gets used almost every day, the kettle is boiled many times (tea-a-holic hubby, and baby bottles).
The only thing I would say is that one of the levers on the toaster isn't always as definite as it could be - sometimes needs a little nudge, but as said, it's only on one, so assume it's not a normal issue.
Edit: Ought to say, Kays do overprice, so you'd probably find it cheaper elsewhere - the packaging was designed for a set if you see what I mean, rather than two items just being sold together for the catalogue, so assume it's widely available.DFW Nerd no. 884 - Proud to [strike]be dealing with[/strike] have dealt with my debts0 -
