Pepsi- could I have won?

I have been enetering the Pepsi Max draw loads of times over the past week, entering twice an hour, once for me, once for my OH.
Every hour two emails have been coming back saying sorry etc...

Yesterday only one came back, and still no sign of te missing second email. Could I have won?
How have things worked for others that have been lucky?

There is a limit of one entry per mobile phone number/email address per hourly prize draw. Only one code can be entered at a time. No bulk, consumer group, third party or agent entries will be valid
Technically you are breaking the T&C as you are entering for your OH as a 3rd party. Wonder how many of the winners had entered using more than one email address?

I won after just entering myself & it came after 2 days of not entering. My hubby had entered himself from work. I think there would be a few who enter on behalf of their partners as they may not be able to at work etc.

To the OP there have been quite a few who mention of missing LEM but I think it is a technical issue at their end unfortunately.

When you enter it does say we will let you know within 5 days if your I winner I guess that is to cover their back when sending out the wem and lem's
when I won I was notified straight after the draw but like other have been saying emails are being delayed/lost
I was entering the flush of fortune which sent a 5 min warning before the end and then a losers email afterward yesterday I received 5 such emails and the competition finished 12th April so emails can get delayed it is frustrating when the emails like in FoF were important
2012 wins- FB Clean Campaign eyebrow kit, Heinz ketchup Indian Spices, 4x rocky road squares, magners eye-pads, £500 from pepsi, 3x green&black cooking choc bars
WLTW-Lots of Money, Concert Tickets, Holiday/Hotel break, Kitchen Goodies
  • I have had some missing lem's but thats probably more of an oversight than winning as they all get sent at the same time automatically.

Also the rick you take by entering anyone else is, is that these companies are not stupid, they will cross reference ip address and if you were caugt cheating then they don't have to pay up. Anyone remember mcvities for example, and cushelle?

The thing with firms checking ip addresses is that there could be more than one person in a household entering on their own behalf and I don't see how they could prove otherwise. My husband and I enter on our phones while at work but use our computers when at home, my youngest son who is unemployed enters every hour at home and my eldest has just said that as he is not at work next week he intends to enter. All of will be entering from the same ip address and surely they could not refuse to pay out if any of us won.

Unless it actually states in the T&Cs that it is one entry per IP address then they can't really refuse to. They may ask for ID, but, as it's a cheque, it'll be made out to the person who won it.

If I didn't have a bank account in my name I would have entered in my partners. However, I wouldn't like to guess how many are using more than one email / phone number :(
    Thanks to all posters :A

I got caught out by mcvities a few years ago entering for my partner and myself, really didn't think I was doing anything wrong at the time.

The way they check is the timings of the entries from the same ip, for example if you always enter yourself, then your partner shortly after it would show as a suspicious pattern, most t&cs then give the company the right to DQ you if they feel you may have been cheating or trying to gain extra entries.

I was gutted and felt awful as I really didn't see it as cheating, but wouldn't risk it again.

ive had missing lems a few times just never turned up-as for entering on behalf of someone else id dispute it if they disqualifed you for using same ip address if it wasnt in the t and c's-i enter for my husband and he won-hes replied the the wem and they said all fine and sending a cheque

thats sad so they are saying you and your hubby are not allowed to be in the same room together and use the same pc? i dont think that is fair at all if you see a good comp you want to enter then get your whole family to enter too on the home pc thats not cheating with the amount of computers and devices all logged on to one internet supply these days its hard not to break those sort of rules.
I guess they need to state one entry per household or something in the T&C's but how many non compers read all the T&Cs
