A bit off topic but it could be argued that the the level of lending that did require money market funds rather than deposits was a mistake and thus perhaps the lending model was at fault.HAMISH_MCTAVISH wrote: »Wrong again.

Theres Jimmy on here,apartments that were 100k can be had for 40k in his town.

I have all the time in the world right now.
Nice deposit, work is ok(not as good as pre 2007 though) and I am off to stay with family in Virginia for most of the summer.
I am not going to grab anything, I will wait until the guys that borrowed way too much in the bubble start falling and get myself a bargin:)
