T&M usually offer free delivery weekends (sometimes a min spend and sometimes not) on Bank Holiday's, and there is one coming up. However to get free P&P you have to use an order code, and to get penny plants you need an order code, and it's one order code per order.
So almost nil chance of getting these for a penny i'm afraid.0 -
