Well i have to say Tesco customer care have recently been really good every time i have rang or emailed to complain.
The silver ones for £8.00 have just come back from my 10 day jollies and they were fine no issue with quality and felt very light

Have to say I am with loopy on this one
I ordered 2 the first time they where mentioned 1 got cancelled right away and the second one was due to be delivered to store on 30th april didn't arrive ended up in Warrington instead of belfast they said they couldn't get it re-delivered so after waiting another week that was cancelled to, when they came back in stock last week I ordered 2 again and paid for express delivery so they where due on monday this week one turned up but the other didn't called customer services only to be told that the order had got stuck in there new system and they would have to refund me, more hassle as I am still awaiting a refund for one of the cases from the first order, and tbh customer services where rude and ignorant not nice to deal with at all compared to the regular customer services the direct team could do with some retraining
