Will changing my address often affect my ability to get a mortgage?

Options
I asked this already but put it in an irrevlevant forum.

The problem is I havn't moved rental propertys many times but moved back in and out twice

I moved here in 2007 with mum n dad (mum now passed away)
moved out to flat september 2010 - never put this flat down on the electoral roll.
Moved back to dads July 2011
Moved out again to a house share in febuary (2012)

I also plan to move back to my dads one more time when I am 23-24 before getting the mortgage so I can spend a year saving money.

Will all this affect my ability to get a mortgage. How far do mortgage companys go back? If it is 5 years I should be ok by the time I come to applying for a mortgage.

Also while I am asking, if tracking credit is difficult, can you pay extra so they can do a good search on you to find it?

I would hate for my ability toget a mortgage be affected by this.

Will all this

Declare everything honestly and it will not affect you.

It does not help a lender when address history is unclear, although it should not negatively effect you..

    They go back 3 years.

Being called Brett will be the bigger problem. I've seen two cases declined recently because the customer was called Brett, they don't like it at all. Apparently the risk of someone called Brett defaulting on the mortgage and going to live in Australia as a surfer dood is 345% greater than the average.
