Footwear

my husband bought me a pair of 'golddigger' boots from sports direct in february. i noticed yesterday that the sole had split i have done nothing but walk in these boots, the sole is thick, so wouldn't have expected it to split the way that it has. it is only one of the boots. i don't have the receipt but do have a print out of my bank statement showing when the boots where purchased and for how much. are we able to use this evidence to request a new pair of boots?!

any advice would be great, thanks

They have the option to repair the boots, or replace, or refund.

It will be the shop's decision.
