Need help!! Took mortg with NR for 222k in 2008. Now neg equity. Have 100k invested in a business. AM 43 this year so leaving 16 yrs on term. Desperate to start gettin mortg down. any advise

    Cut your outgoings significantly and start overpaying. Anything you pay off the mortgage is 4.74% interest rate after tax.
