Won a phone - not received yet what to do

won a super dooper phone and was originally notified on 26th March

well i replied straight back saying yes i will have this

7 emails and 4 weeks later I am still waiting

sshe hasnt replied to my email this week

i do have a phone number ? shall i ring her??
