Thankyou very much for the advice Dave.
I appreciate your tip about my current broker. In this case though I think I will stick with him as it does seem quite complex and although we took the long route, he is now hopefully aware of everything that has happened regarding our credit history.
I shall post what happens with the next application... and our marriage (joke)
