hi i just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about natwest mortgage application process?
we have applied for a mortgage with them and they have said that it has been agreed and they will now do the valuation.
does this mean if the valuation comes back ok they will offer the mortgage?
does it still have to go to underwritters after the valuation or does it go to the underwritter before?
thank you for your help
