I haven't yet had my refund either, 12 days after they said they were refunding it. I've even had a call from them about it on the 4th and they confirmed it had definitely been refunded. Shocking service, especially as it has come back into stock since.

I'm waiting on a refund from them too for some other stuff in their sale that they couldn't send. It's been 8 working days and nothing. I was just having a nose on here to see how long other people had been waiting for a refund. It looks like it's not just me.

Its great value even without a Thomas & I think my DGS has a mechanical one @ the bottom of his toy box with add on carriages too so hope he or rather WE have lots of fun with this & I SO wanted one even though no refund through yet for the first one ordered paid for and cancelled! lol

Ordered on the 27th April. received cancellation e mail on same day. Still waiting for my refund.

I emailed Tescos 3 days ago asking where my refund was. I received an email back saying they had tried to ring me that afternoon but I wasn't in. I was in all afternoon and had no missed calls!

I replied to their email stating the above and have heard nothing since. Their Customer Service is as poor as ever. I really should give up ordering from them as this isn't the first time they have taken money immediately and then held onto it until I have chased them up.

I hate it when someone says they've tried to ring me and I've been in all day with no missed calls or messages. Do they really think we are so stupid we don't know they are lying? They promised me 3-5 days for a refund seeing as it took them 3-5 seconds to take my money for something they didn't have in stock. It's really not good enough.
