Interested to hear how the bureau turns out x

It turned out ok actually :j i was really worried about doing it after a few not so great attempts ( I thought @nnie slo@n was supposed to be hassle free!) we still have to distress it and wax it but it looks pretty good  DS1 helped with the painting and I hate to admit it BUT his looks better than mine :o:o I've offered him half profit on whatever we make on it (well half of a half as Friend will take her half :p) Have to say the country grey is far more forgiving than the old white too. Perhaps it's just us but making a bit of furniture look old and battered is far harder than it looks :rotfl::rotfl: That'll be the last time I say 'Oh that looks an easy way to make money, how hard could it be to do that!':rotfl:

These are the 3 smaller debts:

    Catalogue- £73
    Vanqui$ 1 - £113.93
    Vanqui$ 2 - £134.

I'm not sure if the figures they have are correct so I will find the statements from each creditor and have a look but if they are then I need to find, £320.93 in the next 6 months which is £53,48 a month which I hope is do-able :D I already have started on the emergency funds / house funds so I will log on later and let you know where I stand with those (although in my new envelope system i've borrowed from both so if all goes well and SHE pays me this month I will get those back to where they started + some extra :T)

ETA just checked statements and they are all out! catalogue is £78, V1 is 120.85 & V2 is £138.90 so a bit more money to find (typical!)

    YAY indeed lol!

I've found 15 items to list on FB! They're all clean (well apart from the fact they may have been folded up in my drawer for a few months :o ) Will iron them tomorrow now and then upload them all. I made another £2.50 today and have £10.50 worth of bits being picked up tomorrow :) I also managed to bag myself a free knitted cardie for DD :T all it needed was a clean, if they'd cleaned it themselves and put it up for sale they could have got at least £3-4 quid! Oh well their loss ;) she needed a new one too, wonder if this means I can sell the old one now :p

DH & DS1 gone to kung fu tonight. So i might have a little nose around the diaries :) Oh and I made my first card from the bundle of stuff I bought (there is loads of stuff and magazines :T ) and I bought 5 dolls, they were slightly mis-selling though in my opinion they are porcelain dolls not plastic barbie sized ones that I was led to believe. Still they looked rather nice even though the boxes were a bit tatty so i've got 5 to split between DD & DS2. Will take the money from the birthday fund and feed it back to where I stole it from tomorrow ;)

    xx

    Morning :T

Thanks for popping by shinner :) I go through periods of great organisation and then periods of doing SFA! I wish I had a bit more stamina to keep it up lol ;)

Well it's payday! Checked bank and nothing is due out until the 3rd so I will stick to cash until everything has been paid then see what's left in bank once everything is paid bill wise. I sold £6 worth of clothes last night (3 old tops) they are being picked up today along with all the other stuff! Everyone has been waiting for payday it seems :p

I've already put a wash on today and it's not looking fantastic outside so i hope the weatherman was not lying to me ! I have at least 3 or 4 more washes to do yet !! I need to it dry!

Gonna grab a shower this morning and get ready early as i've got te$co coming, lots of people for bits they've bought. I also need to pop to farm shop today as i've not ordered any fresh stuff from te$co and I need to go to the bank too. I'm staying away from the shops though and I won't be doing my usual on payday and spending loads ;) i've ordered it all in except fruit and veg and who can have a splurge in a farm shop, right? (famous last words, you watch...............)
