    Indeed, but that is one of the major flaws with the British system. It is the MOTHER applying, so therefor it must be correct to stop the money to the Father.

    If it was the other way around, you could be sure they would want some proof before they considered it.

    And as the CSA use the CB to make assessments, it could well be that a claim had been put in at the same time, which then really complicates things and you are forever chasing getting things sorted...!

    The sooner these things get put back into the hands of the courts and the CSA is scrapped the better...!!!

    That way you WOULD pay as you would get sent to prison for breaching a court order...!!!
