Who to negotiate Settlement figure with?

Hello,
About six months ago I took a £100 payday loan out with Peachy.co.uk and did not pay it back. The balance is now £346. I have now received about 7 letters from Mackenzie Hall acting on their behalf, all of which I have ignored. However I am now in the process of sorting out my debts and in the last letter Mackenzie Hall offered a reduced figure of £260 if I pay by May 6th. I want to get it sorted as this debt is currently not reported to any CRA's and don't want it to be registered as a default. My question is am I best going direct to Peachy and offer them a reduced figure such as £150 in full and final payment or is it best to negotiate with the DCA, in this case Mackenzie Hall, to reduce their settlement offer?
Thanks, Matt
