Who to chose?

I've got a poor credit rating, in that I have 2 defaults and 3,000 left to pay on my loan. While I am hoping to get one of these defaults removed by taking cap one to court regarding excessive charges, its not gonna help me much as I need to apply for this loan by the 16march or I'll lose my place on the course and have to wait another year for the next enrolment!

Who is more likely to agree my CDL?? as I don't want to get declined by one, only to get declined by another becuase of that search on my credit file!

I can only chose from ..

Royal bank of scotland
Barclays
or
Co-op?????????
