Tesco Policy Change?

I was in Tesco Watford on friday night and noticed that their Customer Charter thingee had the date Feb 2007 on.
I had a look at the mis-price section and it said something like
\\ In the unlikely event that the price we charge you is different from the one advertised/displayed, we will refund you double the difference //
I didn't see anything about R 'n' R. Is this a new thing? Do they still have the R 'n' R policy?

RNR has gone effectively as of last monday, Double the Difference is in now, and is still quite good, there was loads of mispriced wine, that was 4.99 but scanned at 9.98 so effectively you got the wine free after paying.0 -
I noticed that Tesco Mereway, Northampton has the Customer Service desk closed from 10pm until about 6 in the morning, meaning that overcharged customers at night will find it much more difficult to resolve their problems
Is that happening at any other Tesco stores around the country, too? Thanks to all who post constructively.
Have an A1 day!0 -
As far as I know all CS desks close at 10pmGoing to war over religion is basically killing one another to see who's got the better imaginary friend...

That has always been the policy. Speak to the duty manager if you are a refunding insomniac
- they will either process it or validate the claim for when you are next in during daylight hours. Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -
A member of my fmaily works for Tesco and they said they had changed the misprice policy0
