Wedding Photo Book

Options
Hi,

I want to create a wedding photo book for my husband for our first wedding anniversary. I'm looking for something that looks very professional, the best I have seen at the moment is PhotoBox (Premium photo book)

Can anyone recommend any websites?

Thank you
Sam x

there is a thread on here that i commented on last week.

I have used photobox and truprint/snapfish loads. I would reccomend both, there is no difference in quality.

However imo, truprint/snapfish is far easier to use. The magic page function is brilliant, and it is really easy to edit the photos. You also have more option of layout & backgrounds. Photobox is still easy to use but not as easy as truprint/snapfish.

I tend to make up photobooks and store them on the sites till they have special offers. Photobox tend to have special offers on photobooks more often.

Also, I normally use firefox for internet but have to use Internet explorer on both sites or I have problems with the computer crashing (and then losing all my work!)

I also have A3 and A4 size books.

I really prefer the A4 ones. A3 are too big & heavy for looking at on your lap.

  • I used Bob Books for ours as I was struggling with getting the layout right with some of the others, and this one seemed to offer more flexibility as you download a programme to your computer rather than doing it all online. I doubt whether they are the cheapest - probably snapfish would be a lot better value if you have the patience to get your layout right. It still took me flippin ages to put together, and here is a tip - make sure you check that you have the date right on the front cover - I had a total brain fart and managed to put the wrong year on ours, and only realised when the book arrived :-( It was a present for my mum and I couldn't afford to get another one made, so she will forever have the wrong year on our wedding album!

Ours was Photobox (A4) and it's lovely.

I used Snapfish to make an unofficial wedding album for my niece- she loved it - I waited until they had a special offer on and it only cost £7.99 but looked great .
