I emailed them asking what they are going to do with our used bra when we sent it back and got an email back saying that we will get a prepaid postage label to sent it back and then they are going to look at how the bra stood up to the strain of everyday wear by taking it apart and checking various pieces of it and making sure there design is good and long lasting.

Have you tried Bravissmo at all? They're not cheap but they have a wide range and offer good fitting advice over the phone if you can't get to the store.

I'm glad they asked for exact measurements, 4 different places say 4 different sizes, the bra I have on is a 36F (albeit a bit small in the cup), my other is a 38F and according to 3 sites it goes 36G, 38FF, 36GG and 38G so confused aint the word.

Done it anyway, I'm always on the look out for a nice bra that lets me flaunt my cleavage and shape.

My email in May from them said within 6 months so they are still within the timeframe that they stated although I have decided not to go for it if they come back to me as I dont feel comfy with the fact of sending them back a used bra even though it will be clean, it will still be used.

Thanks Sarah. So we're looking towards the end of the year then.

Speaking as someone who has cheerfully sold old bras on eBay - for a tidy profit I might add - I won't have any problem at all with sending mine back. I guess the best way for them to properly test their product is on real people, and I'm more than happy to do my bit for the cause!

If it were underwear that would be a completely different story!
