Is this the product that you apply a couple of weeks before sun bathing? its not a fake tan but it brings the melanin closer to the surface of the skin so you get a tan quicker? if yes, then its an excellent product they also used to do a really good version in M&S, I liked it because you could wear a really high spf and still get a lovely colour quickly and safely, I've never used a bad Lancaster product yet:)

I think it is sold as an after sun product, but if would be more effective starting application a couple of weeks before, then maybe I will give it a miss as I was going to buy some on the airplane on the way out to holiday.

Or do you know if this will still be beneficial.

Is it this? http://www.lancaster-beauty.com/content/products if it is its different to the product I was thinking of, I would use this after your hols as directed I do love Lancaster products but I'm sure you could get similar cheaper it depends on how much you want to spend, if your going to spend £19 anyway I would buy the Lancaster product, I've had a quick look and they dont seem to have the pre holiday cream anymore:(. If you decide to go cheaper Boots Soltan range is excellent, when I used to tan I also liked Palmers and Hawian Tropic but I am going back a bit;) Enjoy your holiday:)
